How to Check My Order?

     Hi Dears! We've been getting a ton of messages on Messenger and Email recently, and we'd love to help you one by one, but it's going to take a lot of time and I know you can't wait. That's why we've put together a list of questions most of our customers ask, and most people can get answers here.

This is very important!!  Please fill in your usual email address correctly when you place an order, Otherwise you may miss a lot of information.

1. Where can I view my order ?

When you complete the purchase, your order has been generated in our system, you only need to use your email to register and log in to our website to view your order in your account.(Your order will be automatically matched to the same email account regardless of whether you have registered before)

Please note that this mailbox must meet the following two conditions:

① You must fill in this email address when you place an order.
② The email address you signed in is exactly the same as the email address you filled in.

If the above two conditions are not met, you will not be able to view your order.

If you do not fill in your email address, you can contact us to provide other information, such as the name you used when placing the order, the phone number you filled in, etc., so that we can help you find your order.

2. How do I view my tracking number ?

When we ship your order, you can see your tracking number on the order and in the mailbox.

When the item is shipped, our system will automatically send a shipping notification and tracking number to the email address you filled in. You can also view the tracking number on the order interface. Please note that the tracking number will only appear on the order after we ship it.

4. Problems querying tracking number.

① When I look up the tracking number, why it shows 'This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later.' ?

If you encounter this problem when querying your order, it means that the courier company we send for you belongs to your country, and this kind of courier company generally cannot display the overseas logistics track during the transportation process. You just have to wait for the package to enter the country and it will start updating the logistics information.

5. I just want to cancel my order, can anyone help me ?
